Our Story
Built on Trust,
Finished with Pride
For over 15 years, Chennai Remodel has been turning ordinary homes into extraordinary spaces — one room at a time.
How We Started
Chennai Homes Deserve Better
Chennai Remodel was born out of a simple frustration — too many homeowners were settling for mediocre renovations, unreliable contractors, and designs that looked nothing like what they were promised.
Our founder Priya Ramachandran set out to change that. Starting with a single apartment in Anna Nagar in 2009, she built a reputation for doing exactly what she said she would — on time, on budget, and beautifully.
Today, Chennai Remodel is a team of 25 designers, project managers, and craftsmen who share one obsession: making your home the best it can possibly be. We've completed over 500 projects across Chennai — from compact studio apartments in Velachery to sprawling villas in Boat Club Road.

What We Stand For
Our Values
Honest Pricing
No hidden costs, no surprise bills. We give you a detailed estimate upfront and stick to it — because trust is the foundation of every great renovation.
On-Time Delivery
We know how disruptive renovation can be. Every project gets a firm timeline and a dedicated manager who keeps things moving — and keeps you informed.
Craftsmanship First
We work only with skilled craftsmen who take pride in their work. Every joint, every finish, every tile is inspected before we call a project complete.
Your Vision, Our Expertise
We listen before we design. Your lifestyle, your preferences, your budget — everything shapes the final result. We're here to realise your vision, not impose ours.
The People Behind the Work
